I sincerely hope everyone has had a great Christmas and are looking forward to a Happy New Year. The past couple of years have been a little trying for all of us as the economy has had its ups and downs. I am sure we have all felt it in some way or another. Yet I believe we all still like to eat and want to eat healthy. My family and I have decided that we have more pastured pork than we can conveniently eat over the next while and wanted to offer you some at a discounted price from the normal $4.00 per pound hanging weight price we sold for this past year. Anyone interested in buying some for January 2010 in quarters, halves or whole, I will sell it for $3.50 per pound or a maximum of $175. per quarter even if the hanging weight would be more than that amount. I assure you that most of them will be more than the normal weight so you are going to get a good deal. This will be a one time special that I will probably never repeat, so please let me know as soon as you can if you are interested. I will also have some beef for this trip to the processor and instead of the normal $4.25 per pound hanging weight it will be $4.00 per pound and will be exactly by the weight.
